I am a straight woman. I am proud to be an LGBT ally. Many friends of mine are gay men, lesbian women, bisexual
men or women or transgendered. They are people with real life feelings and real life emotions. They are not second
class people and should not be treated as such. They are entitled to the rights as the rest of us, be that marriage,
job protection, or right to live where they want, love who they want, and express that love in whatever fashion they choose.
I hope you will join the fight for equality.
